TERRIBLE SERVICE a disaster, you cannot sleep because of the noise

A total disaster - the worst part is the NOISE, they rent out the hall for parties and it is absolutely impossible to sleep next to a party hall with music until six in the morning.

The room is not up to the standard of a 3-star hotel.

The staff's attention was very good, always friendly and willing to help. The breakfast was decent and varied, and the location is excellent, as it is right in the center, which makes it easy to get around the city.
As an area for improvement, the room was quite run-down. The mattress, made up of two joined beds, was uncomfortable. The bathroom needed maintenance, as the bathtub had chipped enamel and the faucets were leaking water. Furthermore, the room did not have a hair dryer and the soundproofing was insufficient, as the television in the adjacent room could be heard clearly.

The hotel was very neglected.

We were on the first floor, it seemed like there was a party; the music could be heard and echoed inside the room.
They sent us to a room that was occupied when we entered; they changed us to another room, and we had to request towels because there were none (they did not smell good).
The mattress and pillows were quite worn out.
The room and bathroom had zero maintenance.

Going for a weekend with friends.

The hotel has a privileged location but is quite run down, the employees are lovely, but the rooms are old, there is no hairdryer, and the heating does not work. They changed our room and there was a 15-year-old party, and it was very uncomfortable to sleep.

When we arrived, the receptionist couldn’t find our reservation and treated us poorly, almost as if the mistake were ours. Even after I showed her all the confirmation details, she kept insisting there was nothing under my name. Eventually she located the reservation, and her attitude changed immediately—she became friendly and chatty.
Front‑desk staff should treat every guest or potential guest with courtesy and professionalism, regardless of any confusion with the system.
I do want to add that every other staff member we interacted with at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.
