Very good everything but the attention of the staff
Hotel with good location, well equipped comfortable room with TV and cable, good cleanliness good shower, good quality rest
Very good breakfast with variety of bills and breads
Good wifi sign in the room
The lousy thing about this hotel is the human service, if you arrive before 1430hs, they don't give you the room and that Chek out is at 10hs, if you want to leave the bags in the hotel and you go out to eat something before room assignment they want to charge you baggage storage
They also take a money deposit if you want to be made another copy of the magnetic key
The other reception, I went down from the room type 2030hs to ask for a simple knife to cut a bread and I was attended by AGUSTÍN and told me that she had no authorization to go to the kitchen and remove a cutlery that had to do it at the breakfast time from 7 to 10hs
A lack of respect for her and who sets that standard

Horrible experience
The only good thing about the hotel is the location.
The bed clothes and towels stained, dirty-looking. Horrible toilet paper, of the worst quality, we need to buy paper in the market.
The heater does not work right in the rooms, only has a thin copper bed, which does not count on the coldest days.
The attendants are terrible, do not even say hello when you arrive at the hotel and out that everything is paid the part, if you want to leave your bags until check-in or check-out time is charged by suitcase.
I don't indicate a hotel to anyone.

Many things need improvement.
The location of the hotel is excellent. Right in the center, close to everything important. The breakfast was good, everything was tasty and fairly varied, but the utensils were quite dirty; even when they brought them "washed," there was food stuck on them. The room is too hot, which is understandable, but it would be ideal if the temperature regulator in the room worked. We had to keep the window open all week in the middle of June. Additionally, we stayed for a whole week and they did not give us a room with a fridge. And with the temperature inside, the drinks did not stay cool for even an hour. We literally had to put the bottles next to the open window to keep them cool. And don't even talk about asking for anything, because one time I approached the reception to ask for spoons and the guy on duty told me he didn't have any, that he only had disposable knives. Obviously, there were some, since the hotel offers breakfast. There was a sign at the reception saying they exchange dollars, and when we asked to exchange, they did not have any. Fortunately, Ushuaia is beautiful, and we enjoyed it.

Clit , too dirty , disgusting , misleading propaganda , bedding and towels are floor cloth .
Wake up!!!!! Don't stay in that place!!!! The towels are more hardened than floor cloth, the sheets and sheets are dirty, in our bed there were three types of hair that were not ours, we arrived and it was already dirty, gave two more keys to choose another room and passem, all dirty from dirty, unbelievable!!!!! We paid for a double room and in our room only three beds and worse, two bath towels, we have to measure by towels, the Celeste receptionist is absurdly debochada and ironic, there is a terrible receptionist of bulk too, the manager is never found in the hotel, which should not be called a hotel and rather a swamp, we already report on the take-off and wherever we can, schedule a expensive trip to have this type of headache , the minimum is not delivered : cleaning !

Bad experience, I do not recommend it.
My experience at this hotel was not very pleasant, the room was cold and noisy, you could hear absolutely everything, and it did not even face the main street. Dirty water came out of the handwashing sink and the towels were stained, it was clear that they were very old. The breakfast lacks variety and the items are not of good quality.
