Comfortable and good cost benefit!

The biggest disappointment in the Accor network

Staying at the Ibis Mendoza was an experience to forget. Lack of water, broken air conditioning, poorly educated, unprepared and rude staff. Difficulty accessing the hotel by app car and taxi, as no one opens the access gate, forcing the landing on the sidewalk outside the hotel. There is also no pedestrian access to the hotel, only car gate from the parking lot.

I wouldn't come back...

It is very very expensive, for what it offers, for almost the same budget, we stayed in a super luxury hotel in Santiago.
The rooms had a smell of sewerage, appalling, both times we stayed, the smell was very unpleasant and damp.
The decor is very shocking, everything is anti-relaxing...very loud, loud music at the reception.
Attention is on edge, you could be a little kinder.
Breakfast is correct! And dinner in the rest was very limited menu but it was very good, it was Milanese with salad.
Clearly we wouldn't come back...

recommendable. The best breakfast

excellent attention. The best and most complete breakfast (fruits, scrambled eggs, cold cuts, yogurt, etc.) Very comfortable beds and pillows. Very good shower. A practical detail: there is an ironing room to iron your clothes.
