Above mountains only mountains ️

“Recently we stayed in this amazing hotel located in the mountains and the experience exceeded all expectations! From the first minute of your stay, you feel the care of the staff – the service is at the highest level, every employee tries to create an atmosphere of comfort and relaxation.
The cuisine deserves its own praise – every dish is prepared with soul. The food is fresh, the menu is varied, and the dishes are so refined that you want to taste it all at once. Breakfasts against the mountain scenery are a real charge of inspiration all day.
The interior of the hotel is the perfect combination of modernity and comfort. Everything is thought out to the smallest extent, from elegant furniture to warm light that creates comfort even on cool mountain evenings. Spacious rooms with mountain views are a dream!
The location of the hotel is also impressive – the air is pure, the nature around is fascinating, and peace and tranquillity create ideal conditions for relaxation and resetting.
We will definitely come back here again! If you are looking for the perfect place to relax in the mountains, this hotel is the best choice!”

Not happy

In the room the heating does not work and the weather at night is +9°, the shower cubicle does not close as the second door does not exist, the shoes are spoiled, the frequency is not very...
Sauna not working in spa area, no door)
It's rainy weather and there's no umbrella in the front desk to walk to the car and not get wet.
Draws a maximum of three stars hotel!

Very large clean room with all amenities that you may need. Friendly staff. Good service. Breakfast was delicious!

When I arrived at this hotel, I had high expectations based on a previous satisfactory stay. However, upon entering the room, I was disappointed to find it dirty, with remnants from previous guests left behind. I had to wait for a new room to be assigned, all while lugging my bags without any assistance offered. There was no apology for the inconvenience caused.
Additionally, the breakfast did not meet the standard expected for a hotel of this price range; it was quite poor in quality.
