The staff were very helpful, especially those on the front desk. The breakfast was exceptionally varied and replenished appropriately. The swimming pool and sauna was kept in very good order. The pool is not cleaned using chlorine, which is a positive. The gym has enough to maintain fitness but could do with some extra weights. One improvement could be to repair the seal around the windows in all rooms to minimise the external noise entering the room.

Terrible hotel in Yerevan

Terrible hotel, it has 2 stars too many.
The initial room was very bad, practically uninhabitable, with no place for plugs, toilet separated from the wall, airplane-sized sink.
Neglect in cleaning, they left it uncleaned one day in the second room.
Terrible breakfast, with overripe fruit, no pastries, factory-made juices.
In particular, the person in charge of breakfast was quite impertinent.
Better choose another one.

The hotel si old fashion but well maintained. The room was nice and comfortable, the breakfast excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. If I get to come back to Yerevan I won’t hesitate to stay at Ani Plaza hotel again

Armenia is the first country to visit... Let's not hide, fully trusted their tour operator Galina, did not even monitor her choice for us hotel and program, because this is not the first time we turn to her.
Anya Plaza was recommended by her!
We were home here! Exactly not "at home," but AT HOME!
Good and welcoming reception, cozy room, excellent variety of breakfasts, swimming pool, cozy lobby, cleaning.
From morning and evening, we went to the pool until we left on the day's programme or afterwards.
It's very simple, no pretensions, but reliable, stable, decent.
A separate topic is the location of the hotel. That's what our dear Galina guessed! Almost everything is within walking distance: Republic Square, Northern Avenue, Cascade, the wonderful Yerevan Tavern, streets with boutiques....
I would especially like to thank the man who meets and regulates the access of cars to the hotel (it is difficult to call his activities, perhaps a doorman). Always with a smile, with a warm greeting in all languages of the world, during the week of our stay he became so his.
Many thanks to ALL the staff of the ANI PLAZA Hotel, including the nice women from the exchange office (by the way, another moment of convenience).
For us, the Ani Plaza Hotel has become a kind of hospitality standard of Armenia.
I'll just end by saying we want to go back and continue our journey through an amazing country. Peace to all!

Well-located hotel with excellent breakfast. Hotel itself is a little tired but clean and cared for.
