Hotel with the best location

Purpose: Business Trip
Comments: The hotel location is the best in the city. Historical street, downtown, close to main places and restaurants. Generally hotel is good. Of course, they should renew and renovate. But what they have is best and good. Breakfast more than enough. Very different and rich with local stuff
Disliked - Only what we can mention, it is beds. They are thin than we expect. But generally, they are smooth and clean

Old and dirty rooms.

I booked the stay at the Aviatrans hotel on the edreams website for 3 people. The website had photos of the beautiful rooms with a modern style. While waiting for the room, we left our luggage at the hotel and went to have lunch. Upon returning, they seated us in a prehistoric room, not like in the photos, with worn furnishings, a very noisy single bed with a thin mattress, dust everywhere, fixtures with limescale, and dirty windows. This room is absolutely not worth the price paid of €125 with the Prime discount. The next day, Saturday, at the same hotel, I took the modern room for 2 people, paying €95. And still, the windows were always dirty, the balcony full of cigarette butts.

Convenient and central hotel

Extremely central hotel and very convenient, just a step away from the central Piazza della Repubblica and the shopping street, Northern Avenue. Very spacious room, decent breakfast. Some misunderstanding regarding the cleaning of the room (one day at 3 PM it was not ready) prevented me from giving the highest score.

Aviatrans

I stayed at the Aviatrans Hotel in Yerevan for 5 days. Aside from its good location, this hotel has no other advantages. The staff were unprofessional . The facilities and services were minimal and of poor quality. Room cleanliness was very average. Breakfast lacked variety and was of mediocre quality. Overall, it does not meet the standards of a 4-star hotel and is definitely more like an average 3-star. Generously speaking, the value for the price paid is 3 out of 10.
