The hotel has a great location - the main attractions are only 3-5 minutes on foot. In the next room is a great cafe-dining room.
Now for the hotel:
I stayed in two different rooms, and they both turned out to be very cozy and comfortable. Cleanliness is impeccable: cleaning was done daily throughout the stay. The sanitary facilities were kept in perfect order and the bed linen was always fresh and clean. The beds are comfortable and provide a sound and comfortable sleep. No hot water problems have ever arisen, which is important for hotels in Yerevan. The rooms have a TV with 137 channels in different languages, and the internet was stable (speed 40–50MB/s).
But the main thing that makes this hotel truly special is its employees! In 35 years of my life, I have been to more than 15 countries and stayed in a hundred hotels of varying levels, but nowhere have I encountered such sincere, unplayable goodwill. Every guest is really taken care of here. Employees don't just do their job; they do it with a unique engagement in your situation, with attention to detail, with a genuine willingness to help.
Special thanks to reception staff for their inclusion in all situations, for their support and incredible responsiveness. You are the true professionals of your business, and thanks to you, your holiday in this hotel leaves the most fond memories. Thank you for your care and attention to the guests!

Nice and cozy stay

A little nice hotel in the centre of Yerevan.The rooms are designed in modern way, my room was very comfortable and with all necessary amenities in it. I also had a little kitchen in my room. It is very important if you want to stay longer or with kids, you can make home food yourself))
The room was very clean , nice and cozy.

Caution- they might cancel your reservation

I had a booking via booking.com. The hotel reported to booking.com, that the credit card was not valid. I tried 3 several valid credit cards, but the hotel kept reporting it to booking.com. I even texted the hotel about the “problem”, but no reply. It seems they try to cancel reservations, to sell a room at a higher rate. Caution with this hotel!
