Leaves a lot to be desired

I was prepared for some inconvenience based on the feedback, but it turned out to be much worse. Of the pluses, I can only mention breakfast included, as there is no cafe nearby. Everything else leaves a lot to be desired. Cleaning is very mediocre, the floors were dirty when they were occupied, everyone else's hair everywhere. During the stay cleaned exclusively on request, in other cases do not even take out the trash. The bed was clean, but the bedspread and the duvet itself were stained. On the table are unwashed glasses with a plague of use. The room was given on the 3rd floor, I was with a suitcase and two bags, the receptionist didn't even offer to help lift it all (there's only a high spiral staircase). The view from the window is not built. The shower was dirty and the switch from faucet to shower hoist was not working, when asked to repair, the administrator came with some tool, twisted something, barely as the tropical shower started to work, but the regular hoist never worked. And the cherry on the cake was the location of the hotel - it is on a mountain next to abandoned buildings, to reach it you have to climb about 100 steps or a steep climb uphill if you come from the other side. My advice: it's better to overpay for comfort and choose another hotel with better conditions.

Racial otwl

This hotel is racist and has no moral guidelines. Think again when you prefer because he’ll lie to you when you take an action

Not bad for one night

One night is ok, especially since it's inexpensive. Quiet place, newly renovated, new furniture and equipment (but inexpensive). There is no elevator, when booking, write about the first floor, otherwise you will have to drag your suitcase to the last floor yourself. In the basement there is a shared kitchen with 24-hour tea/coffee. For some reason, late breakfast from 9.00, an Aeroflot type breakfast, on a plate there is a set of local salted cheese, sausage and rice. The room has everything you need, but for some reason the bed linen is synthetic and all in pellets. The pillowcases didn't look fresh at all (pictured), I had to put a towel down. There is a sewer smell in the bathroom, something is wrong with the ventilation.

Below average hotel

Average hotel, the bathroom didn't smell too good, some people on the reception were good and some were not, the television didn't work the breakfast was cold need to invest in some silver salvers, pretty good view from my room.

Unprofessional

Booked a room 2 days before check in, hotel canceled it 1 hour before check in, saying it was a program error. After reading some reviews, I saw it happens man times in this hotel. I guess if they sell a room for a higher price or a longer stay, you stay without a reservation. I also contacted the hotel one day before check in about leaving luggage after check out, they said it is possible and nobody mentioned anything about overbooked reservation. If you want a room in Yerevan, stay away from this hotel.
