Like at home
The most precious thing in this small hotel is the hostess Zhanna. You feel at home. Any request (robe, corkscrew) is fulfilled quickly and with joy. The rooms are large and have everything you need. Of course not very modern, but in the very center - 5 minutes from Republic Square and in a very quiet side street. The breakfasts are excellent. Thank you.

I strongly advise against it.
We booked a hotel room for a month before arriving in Yerevan. Arriving at the hotel after 2 p.m., we were placed in a room on the first floor near the reception. The room is a total dump. First of all, all the hotel staff were smoking on the porch and all the smoke from smoking was pulling into our room. There's no soundproofing in the room, so we felt like we were talking next to our bed. The plumbing is in terrible condition, the shower door fell off at the first touch. There's a kettle in the room, but to put it in the socket, you've got to find a place to put it. And when we booked, there was one room in the photos, but in fact we were given another. When we asked for a change of room, we were first promised a move upstairs and then simply refused. Two hours later, I had to check out on the street. At the same time, we were still ripped off of the cost of accommodation per night in the LUXURY category (22500 drams), although, I believe, we should have been paid moral damage.

Either very at home, or passing through for a flight to Europe.
Suddenly there was a need to take my 15-year-old son somewhere for a change of impressions. Villa29 turned out to be one of the few with a good location. Booked through Booking. When I asked that I needed two separate beds, they confirmed that everything would be fine. Then I called and was told that separate beds are only in the family suite, and in order for the extra charge to be minimal, I must cancel the booking on Booking. I said I don't want to. We agreed that I would come and discuss options and details. There was no one there when I arrived and we were put in a family suite. He was obviously great for us. It was not in the best condition: shabby furniture, cracks in the tiles, a trickle of water with a puddle in the place where you put your feet while sitting on the toilet.
When I called to discuss options, it turned out that there were no rooms with twin beds. We agreed to supply additional bed in the room I originally booked and we moved. Add. the bed was extremely hard, but I accepted it. The shower did not have a cubicle, so water spread throughout the entire bathroom, and it had to be collected with a mop into the outlet.
The concierges and the employee of the restaurant (entrance across the street into the basement) were very nice and helped in any way they could.
The location is quite good, a quiet place next to one of the main streets. There are almost no places with inexpensive food nearby. I recommend the canteen on Amiryan Street 12. Tasty and inexpensive. The sign on Yandex maps does not match, it says Ֆուրշետ, but in reality it is in English. language. I do not remember. Porch with six steps. The canteen operates as a self-service line, where you can choose salads, hot dishes and soups. And compote! The compote they make in Armenia is very good.
To eat more, we went to the far corner of this house and on Mashtots Avenue looked for what we wanted in the first three. Tavern Yerevan - excellent, tasty, but for two without alcohol and tip - 13,000 drams. At that time the ruble exchange rate was about 4.15. And it's a little pompous there.

The best HOTEL
If not the best, at least one of the best hotel in Yerevan, The workers are Angels, The hotel is in the centre of Yerevan, Everything is very close, you get the best Rooms for your money. I will definitely recommended.

good place if you are going to US embassy
this hotel located in city center, there is A sas supermarket near you,you can also change your money there, also lot of restaurants and shops are around you, it's really close to us embassy, by walking about 30 minutes, and by car 10 minutes
the room was clean and room has great space
it has a lot of stairs, also too much noise enter the room at night, seems someone always try to open your door and also ring bell in lobby sound!
there is no lobby, no accessible safe box
good for solo Traveller and valueable for money
staff's are nice and also they can speak farsi too
