No regrets
We booked this trip through Expedia.com. When we arrived at the resort we were told that we did not have a reservation. After talking to 3 different people at the front desk we were able to get a room. They upgraded us to a one bedroom king room for the confusion. We had a beautiful view of the water and the pool. The room was clean but it could use some maintenance in some areas but it didn’t really affect our trip. Dino at the swim up pool bar is awesome. He seemed to be the only bartender that was busting his butt to get people served during the one hour happy hour while the others moved like snails. The food at the pool bar was pretty good. We had a nice dinner on the beach and the food was really good. Michelle that was a time share rep was really sweet. We didn’t do the tour but she was really helpful when we arrived and assisted with making us dinner reservations. She invited us to a welcome party that had free drinks and lots of prizes. I won a $25 gift card to the spa. I decided to do the express facial. The price was $65 before the gift card and Stephany was amazing. I highly recommend a stop into the spa. We were only here for 3 nights and have zero regrets. One tip is to bring towel clips for your beach or pool chairs. The wind is really strong and you will definitely be eating a little bit of sand. lol.

WOW, I’m coming back!
WOW. I was pleasantly surprised. We used timeshare points to trade so I was not sure what to expect. This place was spectacular! Beachfront, three pools, two hot tubs, restaurant had great food and reasonably priced. Friendly staff. Well versed in many languages. Maria said Arubans learn four languages in school! This will DEFINITELY be on my return list of places! We went as a couple, but family friendly

Daily special changes
My overall experience was great. Now, all daily specials are dine in only. And if you can't finish it, you can't get a take out box. The only place to see this new change is on the monthly activity sheet. So ask for the activity sheet when you check in. Just a heads up

Beautiful beach front with great service.
We have been regulars at Divi Phoenix in Aruba. We love the beautiful beach front and Julio provides us great service setting us up on the beach. He is very friendly and checks on you thought out the day. The service people are friendly and it is an awesome for family friendly location. We will continue to come back to the Divi Phoenix.
