The Radiance River Suite Exceeded All Expectations
We had the pleasure of spending two nights in the Radiance River Suite, and the experience truly lived up to the highest expectations.
The floor-to-ceiling suite offers a spectacular view of the city, made even more magical at every sunrise and sunset.
The space is generous and the design remarkably elegant: a spacious living room, an equally roomy bedroom, two televisions, and a high-quality sound system, all within impeccable climate control.
The control tablet installed in the suite is a real highlight, offering direct, instant access to the concierge, valet service, and in-room dining, with remarkable responsiveness.
The staff, exemplary in their professionalism, are attentive and warm at every moment.
The hotel also features several quality restaurants, a gorgeous outdoor pool with jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna, as well as a modern, fully equipped gym.
There’s even a casino on site. Its location, right in the heart of Adelaide, makes this stay all the more memorable.

Great location. Beautiful view from our room. Big hotel, modern and clean - was perfect for one night in Adelaide. Lacks the extra touches and warmth synonymous with a luxe boutique hotel.

We stayed at EOS for one night. On arrival, the valet parking service was very helpful and made check-in easy. The lobby isn’t very spacious, but it was clean and welcoming.
The hallway leading to our room had an unpleasant smell, even though it seemed air freshener had been sprayed.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. The location was excellent for exploring the Illuminate Adelaide event, with many attractions within easy walking distance. Breakfast the next morning was enjoyable, with a pleasant atmosphere.
Overall, we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Relaxing
Spent two exceptional ngts at EOS Adelaide for time and relaxation, a beautifully clean hotel with excellent accommodation and helpful staff, dining was fabulous and reasonable price wise, close to all amenities with a view of the river.

Lovely to stay, but service is lacking
Beautiful location, lovely big room. Don’t order room service. It took over an hour and half, two reminder calls to get two pieces of very bland cheesecake, a cold ‘hot chocolate’ and a lemonade, with a $10 delivery charge to bring it to your room on top. $75 for something we ordered at 7.50pm and received well after 9.20pm. Big fail in my opinion.
Apart from that, it was nice to be in the centre of the city and watch all the building work being done at festival plaza
Would we do it again? Yes probably, the highlight was dining at Madame Hanoi, walking distance and the most delicious food.
