Absolutely perfect stay again at the wonderful Oaks Glenelg Plaza Pier in Glenelg, Spotlessly clean, fantastic ocean view, easy parking, walking distance to restaurants, wonderful staff. I wouldn't stay anywhere else this place never disappoints. Management are so attentive and check in staff were so welcoming and lovely. Highly recommend this should be rated 5 stars.

Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Glenelg

My brother and his wife recently enjoyed a fantastic two-night stay at the wonderful Oaks Plaza Pier in Glenelg, and they couldn’t speak highly enough of their experience.
In my opinion, this property really deserves a 5-star rating, as everything was first class. The staff were amazing, and they were provided with a beautiful, high-floor ocean-view apartment that was absolutely spotless. The location is fantastic, with the beach, shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The amenities were excellent, and the convenient parking was an added bonus.
However, what really stood out was the exceptional customer service they received throughout their stay.
Special recognition must go to Mr Raskin Shah, Assistant Manager, whose professionalism and genuine commitment to guests was outstanding, supported by the overall leadership of Mr Ashish Sharma, Manager.
These two managers lead by example and truly exemplify the highest standards of professionalism and service that should be upheld across the hotel industry. It was very evident that their staff have been exceptionally well trained, supported and mentored. This was reflected in their professionalism, confidence, friendliness and genuine commitment to providing an outstanding guest experience.
It is not often that you come across a hotel where every aspect of the experience comes together so well, but Oaks Plaza Pier certainly delivered.
Highly recommended! An outstanding property, exceptional service and fantastic value for money. I have stayed many times and now my brother and his wife would happily stay here again.

Being made to wait for room was a bit tacky. Felt like the reception staff didn’t try to accommodate me being an hour early. Also couldn’t hardly understand their English due to a strong accent. Overall would not stay here again, and the room was very tired. Spa bath not working, rips and weathered surfaces on chairs and couch sofa. Dust and grime in hard to reach places. Not worth the price.

We had a great view of the beach, sea and pier!! Comfy bed. It would be good if they updated their TV to Smart and a bit larger.

Wasn't 100% great

Internet access was poor couldn't use it at all abd tried to connect things through my own hotspot but room blocked signal so I could have sat in my own house watching normal TV for less the room itself was nice the water wasn't great showering though kept spitting out on and off and wish there was a tv in the room of the standard hotel suite for the price u pay. View was great though and staff are friendly. Had issues with the parking too paid for parking but then no spots so need to keep a better on that. And pillows were very clumpy
