Stopover for Kangaroo Island.

This is a review of a stay in October 2025.
Just a 2 night stopover in Adelaide as part of our coach tour with Travelsphere and our visit to Kangaroo Island. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms pleasant, clean and tidy and a very comfortable bed. Early starts so breakfast was a box selection.

I was only there for one night but I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and I had an excellent dinner at the in-house restaurant, the Storehouse. A small restaurant with a limited menu, but I think something for everyone. A good wine selection as well. The gym is small but functional. The pool is tiny, so don't expect to be doing laps. Great location. Close but not 'on top of' Rundle Mall Shopping and North Adelaide Museums. Great view of the City from my small but clean and well-appointed room. I would definitely stay there again.

Quality Modern Hotel in Adelaide's East End

Adelaide's Vibe hotel was a fine place to stay for our overnight visit to the capital city of South Australia. It's about a 10-minute walk down a central city throughfare (Flinders St.) to the main Victoria Square center of town, which is near where the Adelaide central market is. So, it's in a quieter part of town, kinda sleepy when we were there, even on a Friday night. The hotel, though, is very nice; we had a friendly welcome and got good tourism advice on what to see within walking distance. And we were given a nice bottle of a local grenache red wine to start the evening off with! Bathroom was clean, big and well-lit. The room was clean and fairly large and the bed was comfy. Sound from the street was not intrusive, but then again, it was pretty quiet out on the East End, not much going on. We were there while a "Tasting Australia" festival was happening downtown, in addition to the Central Market, so we had a nice food + drink early evening in Adelaide, and a quiet, safe walk back to the Vibe. Quality experience all around!

Good location, outdoor pool was small and not warm, staff were courteous and rooms were clean and stylish.

Great comfort paired with great value.

Room 901 enjoys views to Adelaide Hills through floor-to-ceiling double glazing with an opening window. The design was spacious, thoughtful, and attractive, offering individually controlled ducted air conditioning, plenty of wardrobe space, a comfortable bed and rain shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and a mini bar topped it off. Extremely quiet and comfortable stay. Highly recommended.
