Birthday get away

Best way to end the school holidays with a quick little birthday get away. If your looking for an authentic farm stay here it is. Plenty of room for the kids to run play and be free, with lots to keep them busy all day such as little bush walks, animal feeding and whip cracking. Definitely a place to make memorable family moments.

Bestbrook Trip Jan 2026

Had the best weekend at Bestbrook.
We stayed on a powered site with friends & plenty of room for everyone. Kids had a ball with the farm experiences & big thanks to Grace & Lucas!!
Had showers & toilets close by to our site. We will definitely be back!!

It was good for families. Cabins spacious and surrounding countryside peaceful and serene.
Dinners at night at the homestead were good quality and overall, a very friendly vibe.

The perfect escape

We stayed at Bestbrook in a caravan on a powered site in the Tranquility Campground. It was beautiful. The cows roamed through and the kids were free the explore the creek, which was flowing but shallow. The activities were a great opportunity for my kids to have their first experience with horses and the Guinea Pigs were a HUGE hit. The homestead has such a lovely vibe and the drinks and food are reasonably priced. We had dinner on Burgers and Beers night and the steak burger is up there with the best I’ve ever had. We will be back! ☺️

Great family getaway.

Such a wonderful experience. The kids had a ball. Besbrooke really look after their animals well. There was something for everyone, from horse riding to whip cracking. Would highly recommend for anyone who loves getting a farm experience as well as enjoying being immersed in nature.
