A great place to stay
I have lived here for over a month. It is older, not run down and all rooms are cleaned daily.
The family run business is most welcoming, easy to work with and have a great knowledge of all the local attractions.
I would recommend this business to anyone who is looking for a budget price, and friendly service.

Horrific.. try anywhere else!
Easily one of the dirtiest most neglected motels I’ve ever had the misfortune of staying in. Absolutely filthy is an understatement, I think photos speak for themselves.
glad I didn’t have my child with me. Unfortunate because the lady at reception seemed nice and it is well situated in town.
Was staying with a large group of workers, all rooms were equally as horrifying, some found other peoples hair in their bed when arriving, others found blood and bugs.

BEWARE!!
Our overnight stay here was not a good one. First up the whole complex needs major work done. It’s dingy and run down. Weeds as high as trees around the pool garden area. The room itself is small, dusty, cobwebs, mouse poo in cupboard where kettle stored, needs a bloody good thorough clean from top to bottom. Nothing matches in the room, it’s a mish mash of furnishings. Surely things can’t be that bad that you have to cut a bath at in half to get two out of one? Now here’s the absolute worst experience of our stay. There’s a crazy guy there that wouldn’t let us go go sleep, hanging around outside our room taking photos of us but this morning he was trying to prevent us from leaving and the manager of the motel was watching and let it all happen. Accosting your customers is not on. Our neighbours had to call the police to get out of there.

Great Motel At A Budget Friendly Price
Being on the pension there is no worse feeling than breaking down in your car miles from home thankfully only 2 days before payday but still broke. After attempting a different motel first and getting told to piss off I came across the central and upon enquiring about a possible room for 2 nights I was quickly booked in and instructed on where the supermarkets were.
Taking the budget room I had no high expectations but on stepping inside I was pleasantly surprised to see that from my opinion all the room needed really was a coat of paint and maybe new beds when they have finished the renovations.
Plenty of places to get a good feed and a very pleasant stay with anything being met with a smile and a quick response from the staff.

Not the place to stay
The room was small and dingy. The bathroom was wet and the floor was uneven causing the door into the bathroom to stick badly on the tile edges. The door sticking required a hard push to get it open or closed and could be a real danger to a frail person. The reverse cycle heater basically did not heat the air but luckily they had left a small fan heater in the cupboard which kept the chill off in the very cool weather we encountered. Lighting in the room was poor.
