Highly endorse this property . . Best value for money ... the kitchen was fully equipped , bathroom toiletries good quality and very comfortable bed. Breakfast packs were excellent! Everything you want in a short stay! Staff were very helpful and courteous.

It's not easy to find accommodation that included a free parking spot and close to city like St Ives apartment. it located within walking distance to Salamanca place or close to free metro bus stop to city.

Great location and can rely on service, clean, amenities, helpful staff and easy parking.

Convenient location in beautiful Battery point within walking distance of good restaurants, and the CBD. Good parking and great to have the kitchenette. Comfortable beds & good showers. Within walking distance of supermarkets in Sandy Bay.
Have stayed at St Ives Appointments many times. Our favourite for Hobart accommodation, because of convenient location, useful kitchenette, parking and comfortable beds.
The only negatives are a a little dated decor and some difficulty getting aircon temperature just right.
