Not overly impressed

Not great booked a month ahead for ground floor as. My hubby is elderly was told no spare ground floor had to take upstairs very run down bed was comfy should of got a discount considering we couldn't get ground floor the views was good

Room was clean, Staff friendly.
Tinta Restaurant had good food in elegant style with perfect lake views, seafood and excellent coffee.
Location was perfect at water's edge, where many black swans congregated in the lake.
Overall feeling was of peaceful serenity.

Disappointing and poor value for money.

Overall, our visit was disappointing. Dated small room and poor value for money. We arrived to be sent to a room which was next door to a restaurant/bar, with the music so loud we asked to be moved. The second room was small and this time, just the noise of the highway. Needs to be redecorated and a better bed would improve the guest experience.
