Perfect little motel for an overnight stop through Brisbane.

Just stayed one night before going on a cruise (They have a shuttle bus to the international cruise terminal for $15).
Nice clean rooms and showers. Each room has a chair and table outside the door to enjoy the night air.
Coffee, tea supplied along with a toaster.
No restaurant. However, the Hamilton pub is just across the street and has an excellent bistro at reasonable prices (Four hundred gram rump steak with chips and salad for $39 . Which is pretty good now days. )
If I had any criticism it's i heard a bit of road noise during the night.
Well worth the money for an overnight stay.

Cute.

I stayed one night in a room on the first floor, small and clean.
On arrival I had a code for the safe outside where I took an envelope in my name with the room key inside. The next morning, as there was no one in reception, I left the key in the door slot at the entrance.

We didn't feel the standard of the hotel aligned with the photos on the web site. The room was quite basic. Bed almost up against the wall, so we had to move the bed. Appreciate my credit card had expired between the date I booked the room and the day of our arrival, but the hotel made no attempt to contact me to discuss - We had to contact the hotel when we didn't receive any instructions for our arrival to find out there was a problem, when they had our phone number and e-mail address. Sorry, but won't be coming back again.

Ok value for money

My room was spotless. Shower was hot and bed was comfy. All I needed for a night. Across the road is Dan Murphy’s and very close is a popular pub, Italian, Indian, middle eastern, Japanese and Vietnamese restaurants.
The only thing I didn’t like was the noise. There’s massive roadworks going on and I needed to sleep during the day but couldn’t. No mention of this when I booked. But it was only from 7am-4pm so wouldn’t bother most.
Overall yep I’d go back as it’s good value. There are stairs if you get a room up top so keep this in mind.

Basic but good value

This is a nice basic motel perfect for a night or two if you need to be around the local area. Bluey world is not too far. It’s also only 15 mins to the port of Brisbane for cruise departures and same to the airport.
There are many different room styles and is great value. Water pressure was good and hot, beds are clean and comfortable, it was a quiet area too. The Hamilton pub is a great venue very close and has a sports bar, restaurant and pokies. Cafes and a Woolworths/IGA are not too far away.
All in all good value, just basic
