A clean, well-located apartment that was easy to walk everywhere. A request for more teaspoons was granted quickly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. Thank you Allegro Apartments!

Location was great and on site parking was easy. The apartment though… wasn’t very clean. Walls had dark drips of who knows what on them, and there were hairs on bedsheets and bath mats. We wouldn’t stay again.

staff were friendly, but the room was very poorly maintained with open vents partially covered by paintings. the room reeked of cigarette smoke (it was not a smoking room) - at first, we thought it was from someone smoking outside, but the smell lingered long after we tried closing the windows. the bathroom ceiling fan was dripping rust onto the toilet seat, which was stained brown. even the hair dryer in the bathroom was disgusting - it was covered in some kind of slimy residue. the bed was uncomfortable - possibly the worst mattress I've ever slept on in a hotel. the room was also quite old and shabby overall. the property was also very noisy thanks to children and other guests running through the halls at all hours.
for the same price, we could have stayed in a much larger, cleaner, newer and more well-maintained room with a decent view in a place offering amenities like room service. while we were treated courteously by staff, we won't be staying here again.

We were so disappointed with our recent stay at this apartment.
We booked a queen room with a balcony based on the photos displayed at the time of booking, which clearly suggested an elevated room with a view. However, upon arrival, we were placed in a ground floor room with no view at all, which was very misleading and not what we believed we had paid for.
In addition, the “queen bed” provided was actually a sofa bed, which was extremely uncomfortable. Unfortunately, my husband has since suffered significant back pain after sleeping on it.
The apartments are so noisy and the walls are incredibly thin. I was woken up multiple times by people coming and going. It's so loud that when they turn the key in their door it soundes like they were entering the apartment we were in.
Due to these issues, we made the decision to check out after the first night as the accommodation did not match the room advertised or the standard we expected when booking.
