We needed a room close to QPAC, at a reasonable price, and this was ideal.
The property is a bit tired, but the room - apartment, really - was clean, a good size, and an easy walk to QPAC. Fully-equipped kitchen very useful.

Great location for south bank facilities. Car parking available on site and access and parking can take a prado...tight corners, but no problem if you just pay a bit of attention to the space:)

Little gem back to 5 out of 5.

Lot of negative reports and nearly cancelled, but are really pleased we did not. Yes the apartments are on the old side and have a scuff here and there but nothing to complain about because the price was great. We booked 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies. Showers spilt under shower door but not excessively. Kitchen was spotless and had clean utensils, pots and crockery. A few homeless in the area but they seem to be everywhere in Southbank. We give it a 5 out of 5 because of location and price.

Clean but antiseptic smell was very strong. Old and dated walls, furniture and bed. Great views!
