There was some renovation by the reception, but the sound did not reach the 11th floor. May be noisy at lower floors. The building is old and there are signs of age in hallways, but the room was clean and everything worked well. The room was very spacious, partly because we had 2 twin beds. Fridge and microwave are useful. Stuff at the reception were nice and helpful. Considering the price point and the good.centrak location, I have to give. 5 stars.

Good location for the casino. Very basic. Bed hard can feel springs no pillow top. TV was smart with Netflix etc which was nice. Staff were helpful and pleasant. I would have paid 40% more for a hotel with a more comfortable bed in hindsight though.

Room was clean but the aircon was struggling to run and the bathroom fan was not working. Old carpet. Rooms at corner had weird shape and small. Staff hesitated to swap room, citing there was no houskeeping in the afternoon. Got room swapped finally after some time.
