The level of cleanliness in the bathroom was disturbing. There was grime around the base of the tap on the bathroom basin which was most unpleasant. Mould was evident in the bathroom. Basically the bathroom needed to be renovated. Carpet was clean and bed comfortable but the corridor lights were left on all night outside our room so that we were trying to sleep in daylight. Traffic noise was not too bad as we were downstairs at the back. I cannot recommend nor will I stay here again. Chosen for proximity to family.

Booking the room after leaving the hospital and paying online sounded like a good idea.
The bathroom was absolutely disgusting.
Black crud everywhere, I could not even allow my husband to have a shower for fear of infection risk.
Toilet paper and a rub took it off so lack of cleaning and care.

The room was comfortable and clean.
Our car was covered in cigarette ash from someone dropping their ash out of a window from non smoking rooms.

We were told the room was aspect with the door and window closed. What a joke! Between the truck brakes, emergency services sirens and the noise of the neighbouring room, the room was not silent. It also had NO soap.

Staff helped me with arranging late check-in and seemed quite friendly and professional. Parking is convenient with on site parking.
The room looked clean but unfortunately there were roaches, so I left in the middle of the night.
If it wasn’t for this bug incident, taking into account friendliness of staff and the room’s superficial condition I would have given it 5 stars.
