Hotel is amazing restaurants are great, disappointed that we were kicked out of rhe main pool area during Riverfire to a ticketed event. That’s the whole reason we booked to get prime view only to find out the main seating area was sectioned off.

BIRDS EYE VIEW OF FIREWORKS

What a wonderful way to celebrate 20 years of marriage! We had a River View Suite in Tower 1 overlooking the Fireworks for River Fire. The room was opulent spacious & extremely comfortable. Family join us for the Fireworks & flyovers, but watching the lead up was just as fascinating from the 13 Floor.
A special thank you Angelique (Manager) for looking after us, such a shame her visa restrictions means she has to return to France. A great loss to The Star!

Ordered breakfast and was never put through kitchen and when asked the staff just casually apologised and moved on with their work
Wanted some printing done and it was a big effort from reception to get it done
Apart from that it was a nice experience

A bit disappointing compared to my other stay in Brisbane

Compared to the other hotel I stayed at in Brisbane, this one was a bit disappointing.
The hotel itself is very beautiful, and the breakfast floor is stunning! The room felt brand new with modern, tech-friendly facilities. However, the room was quite small, the lighting was a bit dark, and the shower water pressure was just okay. Also, the hotel's signature scent is quite strong and might not be for everyone.
Unfortunately, the overall stay lacked warmth. The front desk staff weren't very helpful, and the breakfast food was quite average. It’s a pretty hotel with great hardware, but the service and overall experience could be better.
