Surprise package in Brookton

What a surprise little package! Kerry is lovely and her two little dogs. The old Brookton Hotel turned BNB is quite a credit to them! Some areas still under construction however the potential is amazing! All the sleeping and main areas are wonderfully renovated!

Brookton delight

This has been a return visit. Our first visit was over the Beverley Air Show weekend and this hotel was a delightful surprise. A must place to stay again! The restoration is progressing well, Kerry and her team are bringing back to life this part of Brookton's history. . Good sized rooms, well presented with modern amenities. The novel shared bathroom facilities are modern and spotlessly maintained. Continental breakfast is enjoyed in a "wow" factor dining room. One must applaud Kerry for her vision and passion and we look forward to our next visit.

Great value at beautifully restored place

beautifully restored and tastefully decorated old building.
The host was lovely and has thought of everything.
The bathrooms are new, modern and sparkling clean with quality products.
A lovely choice of quality continental breakfast options, wide selection of coffees, teas etc.
A large an interesting outdoor area.
If your an antique lover this is the one for you.
Accommodation is shared with two lovely, clean and friendly dogs that keep to themselves unless invited into your space.
Usually places filled with so many eclectic items are cluttered and Dusty, but this place is immaculately clean.
Lots of new things happening here soon, so will definitely return

Highly recommend

I absolute loved my stay at The Brookton. The place has a fantastic feel and decorated really well. There are two rooms with very interesting ceiling like skylight inserted into the chimney, pressed tin ceilings everywhere, soft clean bed.
Lots of sculptures and paintings dedicated to dancing and music.
And the dining room is just perfect. I also liked the outside area, but it Is still being renovated.
The guests can have breakfast in the morning (included) and probably dinner too. However, I arrived quite late and didn’t have any dinner.
Thank you Kerri for creating such an interesting and comfortable place.

Beautiful living history

An amazing place to stay. Atmosphere, hospitality and comfort. Kerry has done a wonderful job bringing this 110 year old building to its former glory. With decor and artwork to mimic this golden era, it's like stepping into a 'Downton Abbey' set. Have stayed here on two occasions now. Will be back.
