Pleasant hotel. Good parking. Good wifi. Lift to floors. Sufficient amenities in room. Close to city centre. Public transport near by. Friendly helpful staff.

Staff were amazing. Couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Room was decent size and bathroom was massive. Walking distance along esplanade to town and secure parking out back.
Unfortunately the room smelt of stale alcohol in the carpets and was a bit musty overall. There was no kitchenette as was featured in photos, so had to fill water bottles and kettle in the spa bath as bathroom basin wasn’t big enough and only had a little bar fridge. Not particularly practical at all. The drain out front smelt of sewerage the whole time. Rooms quite dated and needing some love for the price. The beautiful staff (Sally & Cynthia) are who rescued this 2 night stay.

Except for the beds, this is a great budget hotel in a good location. It has ample parking, a nice pool, large rooms, and extremely friendly staff. However, the bed was one of the firmest I’ve ever experienced, and that is the one factor that would keep me from staying here again. My back is still sore from it.

Dirty sheets when checked in and fridge door really covered in muck . Was moved to another room which was better but was still not that clean . Shower leaking and was told someone would look at it , they didn’t . Pool very small not like pictures and wasn’t told how to access it or any of the other facilities. On the plus side it was a great location .
