Located near hospital. Good public transport. Microwave and an electric frypan. Guest laundry. Nice pool.

Dissatisfaction guaranteed
Phoned day prior to organise late check in. I arrived at 9.30pm. No sms notification as per arrangements. Waited half an hour for phone call to be answered by manager. Even then he didn’t answer me after 4 messages.
Rooms were less than basic, very inadequate and kitchen Laminex was damaged with mismatched furniture and filthy walls.
Do not recommend and would never stay again. Overpriced and overtired accommodation.

The overall stay was OK with the front desk staff available when they said they would be available. The location was great to walk to the downtown easily. However, we suspect one of the cleaning staff nicked our bag of earrings as we left it on the table and could not find it the next day. We searched every nook and corner of the place and our bags but couldn't find it anywhere. Thankfully it was imitation jewelry but be careful with your valuables if you are staying here.

Avoid, avoid, avoid!!
Avoid!! Stay anywhere else.
This is by far the worst establishment I have ever stepped foot in. Upon checking into our first room, we were greeted by an unbelievably moldy ceiling and thick mold in the bathroom grout. Because my friend has asthma, this was an immediate health hazard. The walls looked like they hadn't been painted since the building was constructed, there were thick layers of dust on every surface, and the bedsheets were stained.
When we requested an alternative, the receptionist moved us to a room that was only marginally better. While it lacked the pungent odor of the first room, we quickly noticed black hairs stuck to the bathroom walls, as well as more hair IN the bed, yellow pillows and stains on the bedsheets.
We returned to reception to ask for another solution, but were told the manager wouldn't arrive for a couple of hours. When we went back later and waited 20 minutes extra of when we were told she would arrive there was no sign of her, we went looking for her ourselves. We found her with a stepladder and a scrubbing brush, bleaching the mold on the ceiling of the first room. (As a side note: bleach does not kill mold on porous surfaces; she was simply bleaching it to hide the issue and resell the room).
When we approached her calmly and civilly, her response was shockingly hostile and unprofessional. She snapped, "Oh, you're here to talk about the cleaning?" When I confirmed that the apartment was dirty and neglected, she replied, "Well, I don't want to talk about the cleanliness, I don't care.". I won’t go into detail of how this woman spoke to me but I can tell you I have never been spoken to so poorly by anyone in customer service. Save yourself the hassle, the health risks, and the disrespect—book anywhere else.

Great place to stay for the 5 days we stayed. Plenty of room in the rooms, great pool & amenities.
