convenient to shops and outdoor activities. Kitchen was very good (and a big fridge). Great place for our dogs too.

We were required to pay for parking however it appeared the boom gate was not working as it was in the open position. So that was certainly a “RIP OFF”. The hall way to our room had a number of towels on the floor which were there all day Sunday not picked up. The above is FYI, it’s the little matters that count. Hope to hear your comments on the matters raised.

This hotel was found to be nice, clean with good size bedroom and fine bathroom facilities. Free parking is available within the secure hotel premises. 8 didn't use the hotel restaurant services.
The hotel is located close to two South Canberra clubs which serve quality meals and drinks.

Not too bad. Close to shops but not a lot of dining options.
Shower over bath not good - water not good pressure.

Convenient location. We arrived at 5.30pm (public holiday) and left 8:30 next morning..did not see a staff member the whole time. Even went looking in the morning so we could get some milk and coffee...nothing.
Room was comfortable, but lacking the normal amenities. 3 coffee bags for 2 people does not cut it. NO normal tea bags. Im not sure that I would stay again..
I don't expect 5 star but I do think that when staying in a well branded Hotel chain, we should get better than this Abode provides.
