Difficult to make contact or amend booking.
I appreciate that the conditions of my booking were clear, and that there was no amendment available but I could not make contact with a person (there is no front desk), and my emails directly to the property went unanswered. I had to go through a third party website to get a response and was not able to talk to a person or amend my booking despite repeated efforts to make contact, and the circumstances requiring cancellation of my travel being beyond my control.
