Cardwell...by the sea.

What an excellent accommodation. Location is pefect at the beachfront, although the view is from balcony, I could still hear the waves.
Reception service was excellent.
Clean room, bed was comfy and walking distance to shops.
Plenty of off street parking.
Highly recommend.

Stayed two nights in the ocean view studio with a private balcony.  Clean, spacious room and well-equipped kitchenette (except for no toaster) made for a comfortable stay. Clean bathroom with good shower. A selection of restaurants and groceries within walking distance and a great walk path along the ocean edge. Friendly and helpful owners.

PERFECT OCEAN FRONT ACCOMMODATION WITHOUT THE BIG CITY PRICE TAG

We stayed at the Beachfront Motel twice, firstly on our trip north to Cook Town and loved it so much, decided to stay their again on our return trip south. The motel accommodation is great, has everything you would expect to find in this type of rooCG. Our experience got even better on our second visit as we decided to stay in the total beach front apartment, a huge living space, with fully appointed kitchen and our own balcony overlooking the Coral Sea. A perfect location to stay on our Queensland road trip and staying in the smaller towns, like Cardwell, so much better value for money than the larger cities. Thank you Chris and Kelly

Roadside corner block, with a slight view of the ocean. Road noise was ok but the veranda wooden boards make a lot of noise when other guests exit for the day. Room was beautiful and clean and everything we needed. Kitchen hot plates and some utensils. Check in was easy and quick. I would only make the suggestion that the gardens and paths be cleaned up a bit. Lots of moss on the pathways and over grown not nice gardens. Pool looked lovely even though we didn’t use it.

The property is literally across the road from the beach. Sunrise was amazinzzzzzin.
