Comfortable central clean

Great spot for overnight stay or weekend away Our room was comfortable spotlessly clean with heaps of room. On arrival on a cold winters afternoon our room was lovely and warm as some kind person had thought to have the heater on. Our bed was so comfortable it was hard to leave the next day. Great spot

DO NOT BOOK HERE – questionable business practices and terrible customer service.

We booked in person at the front desk and were never advised of a 48-hour cancellation policy. We were later told it was our responsibility to ask about this, however important terms like cancellation policies should be clearly disclosed to customers before a booking is agreed to.
We later had to leave early due to a family emergency, so we left a voicemail at 4:30pm the day before asking to cancel the final night.
The next morning we called again at 9:00am, and then checked out at 9:30am, raising the request again when we returned the keys.
Instead of any understanding, the response was rude and dismissive, and we were told we had already been advised of the policy. However, the email containing the cancellation policy was only sent after we had checked out, despite being told we had previously received it. The policy also does not appear on their website.
We completely understand that cancellation policies exist for a reason. However, given the family emergency, we would have expected at least some goodwill or empathy, particularly considering the business had already received two nights of our stay and the property was very quiet.
Unfortunately, customer service was essentially non-existent, and we were later even accused of being abusive, which is completely untrue.
Overall, I cannot in good conscience recommend a place that seems more focused on protecting revenue than treating people with basic understanding and compassion.

Clean, spacious, quiet, well appointed in a good spot. Highly recommend

We only had one night in Clare on our way through to Broken Hill. This motel had everything we needed including a decent fridge/freezer combo. A comfy, spacious bed, a good shower (with separate toilet - a nice surprise given it’s a rarity for motels), and peace and quiet. The motel was basically full but we didn’t hear a thing from the largely tradie guest cohort. There is a pool - it looked nice, but we didn’t use it. There was also a bbq at the other end of the complex with some outdoor seating. The walk into town takes about 5 minutes. Check in is automated and smooth as. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Great Location

Easy 24 hour check in. Clean, spacious and tidy room with a kitchenette. There was plenty of space for our belongings. The bed and pillows were great. A good location where you can walk to the wetlands, Tim Knappstein Winery and the Main Street of Clare.

Great accommodation for a business trip

Fantastic location within walking distance of restaurants, hotels and the supermarket, with a convenience store/service station just over the road.
Friendly staff, clean and very spacious rooms.
I would recommend, and will definitely stay again.
