Great value for money

Very friendly and helpful team - nothing too much trouble. We were towing a small boat - no problem parking it on site. Room very clean, well appointed, comfy beds, no noise in room from main road. Great value for money.

A lot of lack

There were no utensils to use. The dishwasher was broken and No dishwashing soap available. Also the blinds were broken too so it was partially open and the room was right in the front entrance.

Don't stay here

Do not stay here. We was traveling though Coffs and booked a room at the Chelsea Motor Inn for the night. Apon arrival to the reception it was clear that the photo provided on line was not a true representation of the motel. Once we got our key for our room and entered it we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette and urine, we paid for a non smoking room. We immediately went back to the reception and explained the situation and not only the old lady at the desk who appeared to be the owner refused to come and inspect the room with us, we where also refused a refund when we request it as we paid for a non smoking room. If you don't believe my opinion on this please look at Google reviews and save yourself the heartache.

Great room but needs some tweaks

The double room and lady at reception were lovely, however it was really noisy at night with the trucks.
Extra bedding would be helpful as it was cold and the pillows were too thin.

Highly recommend

Very nice and friendly. Have been staying at this motel for a long time and the new owner has done a great job of refurbishing it and is to be congratulated the room was lovely and the bathroom is excellent. The whole room was clean and tidy and all new appliances. Would highly recommend this place to all travellers. Good luck kath
