It’s a perfect hotel in Port Douglas.

We organised a tour for our clients at the hotel and the service and attention to detail was brilliant.
Our clients thoroughly enjoyed their stay and the kitchen and laundry facilities were very much appreciated.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Historically we have stayed here when our children were young and it was freshly built 20 years ago. We have have been here about 6 times since and have always been impressed.
Arrived after traveling all day. Ordered a poolside meal- 1.5 hours later it hadnt arrived. No poolside snacks- chip packets etc to stave off the hungers. Complained and received a drink refund and free breakfast. Very appreciative. Daughters room had mould and stained doona. Poolside and gardening staff uninterested and bored. Resort looks tired and definitely not 5 star!!! A very very low 4 star. Won’t be going back.

NOT A 5 Star.

TripAdvisor deleted my last review. and pictures. WHY? I stayed here while I was traveling with National Geographic Expeditions. This place is a DUMP. My room was beyond dirty. I don't think the sheets were changed, nor was the place mopped or vacuumed. This is more of a 2- or 3-star Airbnb. I would not recommend!!!!

Exceptional Hospitality

Our experience at Pullman Port Douglas Sea Temple Resort and Spa was truly wonderful, and a huge reason for that was Ms. Maelys Mailett, Duty Manager at the front office.
We had initially only visited the property to enquire about the hotel, but after interacting with Maelys, we ended up booking immediately. Her warmth, professionalism, and impeccable hospitality completely won us over. She was incredibly welcoming, kind-hearted, patient, and made us feel genuinely valued from the very first interaction.
Maelys represents hospitality at its finest — graceful, approachable, efficient, and truly passionate about guest experience. She left a lasting impression on our family, and we are so grateful for the care and warmth she extended to us. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!
