Loved it

Couldn’t get in but out on fault - two doors on our unit, we just had to go thru the other door! Great service tho, nice and cold, next time will bring blankets but slept 4 kids and two adults with heaps of room left. Will be back thank you :)

Restless two night stay.

While easy to get there from the airport, actually getting inside is a huge hassle. The place is understaffed meaning you have to go through a series of confusing codes to get inside. The atmosphere felt very hostile, the rooms were very run down. I went as a family of 6, so we bought two apartments, but one of them didn't even have a bathroom and the one the other room had smelt of damp and you felt like you had no privacy. Paint was peeling and the fridges looked as though they hadn't been cleaned. Also, they have a dry cleaners of sorts in the hotel, but you have to pay it in four $1 coins. It was very noisy, so you couldn't get a restful sleep (the mattress feeling like rubber also didn't help) and while there was meant to be no smoking, someone clearly was. We only saw a member of staff at check in and that was it. Only upside was a very nice pool. Definitely not worth your money.

Unfortunately the interconnecting door to another whole room was unlocked and even when pushed close we could hear every word the other guests said. Reception is hardly open and no one to tell. It was only when I heard someone using a grinder to cut tiles outside our (other) door on the 2nd night that I saw anyone to get it locked. There is no noise minimisation there at all. There are not enough power points to charge phones etc in the bedroom. New tiles in bathroom look good, but new toilet cistern had 2 big cracks in it.

Easy to find. Easy to park. Easy check in. Nice setting. Clean room. Nice staff. Very secure. Great value and overall great experience.

Yes and No

Happy for the after hours check-in but definitely not happy the gate combination did not work. I’m a single female loaded up with heavy luggage standing on the sidewalk at 1:00 am. It took a while before the on-site manager came out to open the gate. The lights outside the doors in my unit were very bright which is probably a good thing but the curtains let in streams of light. Not impressed and definitely not happy. I got 4 hours sleep for $200.00
