Well equipped- well presented.
Highly recommend- clean, well equipped, fantastic comfortable apartments. Great view’s awesome location. Great communication with bookings team. Luxurious and nice and quiet. Everything you need it had. We will be back. I will be recommending to all my friends and family

Perfect waterfront accomodation
3 of us stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment on the top floor of the building with views of the lagoon and the Ferris wheel. The apartment was exceedingly comfortable. We lived on the big balcony and never felt too hot. The layout of the apartment was excellent and each bedroom even had a view of the water.
I have never stayed in a place where all our needs were met, for eg, there were even containers to store things like biscuits
We swam each morning in the lagoon a short 300 metres away
We will come back and will recommend saltwater suites to all our friends

Perfectly Located Apartment
Fantastic location and the apartment was spacious and nicely furnished. Close to restaurants, bars, wave pool and the lagoon. Short walk into the city with electric scooters available to hire if preferred.

If you’re looking for a fabulous apartment to rent in Darwin for a top end break, look no further. A lovely 3 bedroom , 2 bathroom newly fitted out apartment was perfectly located & comes with all the mod cons.
Overlooking the lagoon & close to great eateries and drinking spots.. a terrific base to explore Darwin & having car parks was a plus!

Not what I was expecting, unit 129, building 1
In general, wasn't to sure how this all works, I booked this through the Darwin waterfront website page, and ended up with a salwater suites room, and in a buiding managed by North Management. But saltwater suites is part of Top end Short stays. The reason I listed this comes clearer below:
The Good...
- Very good communications and directions
- Very clean, tidy and presented, and mid week clean for 8 night stay.
- Nice layout and big unit.
- some floaty toys for kids to use in main water area.
Unit aircon didn't work the first night in the bedrooms, This was rectified the next morning, but pretty hot sleep for first night, it was to noisy to leave doors open, because in this unit, your are in between two other buidings, and the noise comes from resturants below and accross the way.
The Bad...
There is no sitting in your unit in aircon, and enjoying a view. You look at the public bridge walkway accross to the other building. You only get a view of the water from a corner of the deck, which once again is noisy, and the smell from the below isn't pleasant. The small deck at the back looks at the carpark and skip bins below... not a bad view further out. The smell at the entrance is pretty ordinary, the lift is very unpleasant, and the foyer to the room is disgusting, we had a joke we held our breath to get in the room. It really stinks, and I did mention this the first email with the aircon. The stench stayed. The carpark also smells really bad.
To be clear, because it isn't in the advertisment, there is a pool on the photos on the website, but there is 'no access' to the pool from this unit. So its the wave pool ($) or the free lagoon, which was pretty warm to swim in. We booked this very early in the year, so were generally disapointed with the unit, we live in the country and like to look at the water while at the coast. The feedback was that the unit we booked were the phots I booked, or 'one of the ones in the photo'. So just be very careful what your booking, ask for the specific room when booking and which building you are in, because we only got this two days before. I suggested to them to provide a map showing the location of building 1, building 2 and building 3 and where units are located so you can choose, because we never would have booked this room in building 1 for this amount of money. Building 3 is closest to waterfront.
