Amazing Hotel definitely worth your visit &value for money

Unbelievable hotel from the time we checked in to our departure. Couldn’t fault anything staff are amazing from the front of house and the back of house. Clean rooms, house keepers are wonderful checking if we needed anything every day. H on Mitchell is our Hotel of choice when we holiday in Darwin which we have for many years.it’s location is great close to everything and walking around We loved the new look pool/ bbq area would have been great to have added a spa. Unfortunately this holiday we had booked 1 year in advance and requested a room for the balcony that faced on Mitchell Street but got one facing elsewhere. We fully recommend this hotel to family and friends (so do yourself a favour and stay in this hotel) the restaurant and bar are great friendly staff

Its clean, central accommodation. Access during roadworks is hard to find but once you know, its ok.
Compact, clean rooms. Comfortable bed.

Upon first check in, the receptionist confirmed that we paid through Trip.com but after taking the bond payment he then straight away told us he hasn’t received any payment and asked us to show our proof of payments such as trip.com confirmation, bank transfer, & even statement of bank deduction. We showed confirmation, bank transfer, statements as he asked and then the receptionist refused and insisted we haven’t paid. He refused all the proofs and insisted us to make another payment with them. He refused us to talk to the supervisor because he said “they will say the same thing”. Unfortunately, we didn’t get his name, so we couldn’t specify who he was. Terrible services.

You have to check in at a different hotel across the road and around the block, and parking was extra here. Also very noisy as you’re right on the party street but it’s a decent central location.

A rather well located hotel just off Mitchell Street, where all the city's clubs and restaurants are.
A nice room at first glance that looked clean, however upon inspection the underside of the bed had not been vacuumed and there were objects from previous occupants (hairbrush and even a fork??)...very unhygienic. For the price I'd say it's ok...
