Good apartment with a fairly good kitchen, good bedroom and lounge area. Balcony had an aircon unit blasting hot area onto it all day and night so the view was good but it was not pleasant to sit outside

No issues except I need to report kettle would not turn off automatically when it boiled, small issue. Good location, good view, friendly and helpful staff

Hotel is starting to show early signs of wear and tear, day spa is gone, restaurant not open the day I was there. Essentially what you pay is what you get.

Not a place to stay

Rooms are awful, in desperate need of renovation and a good clean. When booking adjoining rooms they consider the booking as an apartment so do not provide any servicing at all. The 'apartment' is in fact two rooms that are not adjoining as they have two seperate doorways, with one containing a dining area and laundry facilities with a queen bed and the other containing no facilities but a king sized bed. Not a single part of the configuration makes sense. For a family with children it is neither safe, nor convenient. They do not disclose this information freely when booking or on arrival so it was only later in the stay when we requested replacement towels that it was hinted at the fact additional charges may apply for services like change of bed linens etc. So stock is not replenished automatically, towels not replaced etc unless specifically asked for on a daily basis. Given our stay was for 5 days, it is absolutely unacceptable to think a single towel each in a hot, humid environment is okay! The entire building looks to be over 30+ years old with peeling paint, awful musty smell and general claustrophobic feeling throughout. Disgusting lack of services and appeal given the price of the rooms. Location is reasonable but not as convenient as it was made to seem. Overall the experience was terrible and would not recommend this as a place to stay at all.

We deeply apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced. Indeed, our accommodation package does not include a daily service but our team would refresh towels, replenish amenities and remove rubbish upon request. We will put in place a request form where our guests can choose how often they would like us to visit their room during their stay. I will also discuss with our marketing team regarding the description of the adjoining rooms as I fully understand your view, especially when staying with children.
I have also shared your comments with the relevant managers so that we can address them accordingly.
