Parking was ideal next to unit and unit very clean and comfortable.
Reception was not ideal with the smell of smokers.
Permanent vans need a tidy up.
Overall was an okay one night stay.

Check the cabins first before spending the money.
We have been travelling in Tasmania now for over two weeks. We booked one of the cabins for 4 nights. Our mistake and we should have checked it out first.
These cabins are small and I mean small. There is nowhere comfortable to sit. The bathroom is tiny. The shower again is tiny but has awesome pressure. One of the best we have had.
The internet is frustratingly slow and you have to put in a new code each day.
The campground has a lot of permanent people staying so there is a lot of traffic all hours.
Because of the lack of space and comfort along with rubbish internet we decided to cut our stay short.
Refund was refused. So I’ll take that on the chin.
To give a comparison, we are staying at the Mercure Hotel in Launceston for around $150 per night and the room is bigger than the unit at this park. We have coffee machines, huge bathroom, top quality bed, comfortable seating, walking distance to town. Fantastic.
Have a good look at this place before you book.
A disappointing stay.

DON’T TRUST THIS MOB
We booked a Deluxe Cabin and did not get a Deluxe Cabin. Our cabin was extremely basic, the worst we ever had in our travels. Did not have a fly screen sliding door, the floor fan was not working, the fan on the wall above the bed was not working properly, the small fridge in the room had a missing rail on the door so could not fit much in the fridge door panel, the wifi was not accessible in the cabin, was told it only works intermittently if you stand outside the laundry.
The towel rail fell off the wall because of loose screws.
When I asked at reception why I haven’t been given a Deluxe Cabin as was booked on Booking.com the person said they were all booked and none were available for me. I showed her my booking receipt which clearly showed I booked a Deluxe cabin and she just shrugged her shoulders and said that none are available.
So don’t trust this mob. I didn’t get what I paid for and she didn’t care.

Basic but clean. Good afterhours access. Suitable for an overnight stay.

Pleasant staff. Cabin clean but starting to show it’s age.
