Great location steps from the beach

We just checked into a 1 bedroom apartment. First impressions - great location steps from Dicky Beach. The building is older but our apartment was exceptionally clean upon checkin ✅. When looking at unit pictures remember the units are individually owned so some may be more updated than others (ours still has blue tile floors in bathroom) but the unit is comfortable in the heat with air con in the living room.
The pool area in the courtyard is beautiful. Exactly what we were looking for to escape winter in Canada.

This is not our first time staying here, great location walking distance to everything, units are a very good size with great underground parking. Looking forward to our next stay.

The rooms were well appointed with all amenities you would need, especially for families.
The staff were pleasant. It would have been nice for each adult to have their own room key.
Location is ideal for beach getaway.
