Very nice.
I have stayed at this place twice now and both times it has surprised me (in a good way). It is just 2 minutes away from Dunsborough and it is a great place to stay with young kids and families. There are multiple houses to choose from (according to your preferences) and many rooms in each. I highly recommend for your next trip down south.

Peaceful and stress-free stay
We stayed in number 22, Willy Wagtail. What a gorgeous unit. There was absolutely nothing missing - it was truly a home away from home. It was clean, spacious and well-appointed, and only a short drive from town. We have already booked our next stay there and very much look forward to it.

Thank you for an absolutely beautiful stay!
To start with on arrival noticed the beautiful setting this complex has surrounded by natural bushland (cleared for fire prevention) with an amazing outlook to the Indian Ocean. Services and access clearly advised by the owner prior to our arrival as well was appreciated.
On entering our villa basically we were gobsmacked. It was immediately obvious the owner had thought of everything and after a while even more.
Once housed the car in the garage with automatic door we proceeded upstairs and noticed a fully equipped laundry.
Sub level 1 we had two large bedrooms one with king and the other with two king singles with tv and air con in both and a large bathroom and separate toilet serving both.
Onwards to the next sub level we saw our huge main bedroom with walk in robe and modern bathroom. Of course a large TV, air con, comfy king bed and balcony with water views complimented our sleeping quarters.
Note excellent linen and guest amenities provided.
The amazement continued with arriving to our top floor spacious open kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen fully equipped with large French door fridge, coffee machine, dishwasher, island bar and more and more. Even electric blinds thru out on all large viewing windows.
A super comfy lounge area with an even larger TV and Bose sound system were a great benefit.
Then outside a large balcony with BBQ, table and chairs and more lounges with simply
amazing views. (Note binoculars supplied)
Cape Villas very well done. You've achieved close to perfect. We have been spoilt. Even our Ace rent a car sleeping well also safe and sound.
We will recommend you again and again.

Beautiful appointed modern villas.
Beautiful natural surroundings, very peaceful after being out all day to come
back and relax in. Well appointed with everything supplied, including parking spot at front door. Close to Dunsborough town centre and local attractions. Highly recommend. 10 star experience.
