Comfort, style and practical

We have stayed in apartments across the globe and few compare as favourably as Ayr House. Within a 10 minute stroll to the heritage railway station, nearby supermarkets and extensive shopping precinct, the practical side is complemented by an excellent kitchen, en suites for each of the double rooms and well equipped laundry. Style started with cosy gas fires burning before arrival providing a warm winter welcome. Two large lounge areas and graceful dining area were decorated eclectically in a fashion that worked very well creating an ambience to dwell within. Comfort came in the form of good beds, bathrooms that were well equipped and functioning. The tourist attractions of Echuca are limited but intense, mostly around the fabulous port and village; a gentle 15-20 minute stroll past several good cafes and the fabulous river precinct.

Will come again

Upon arrival we were greeted with chocolates and red wine. Three master bedrooms all with nice bathrooms. Well equipped accommodation, very clean and comfortable. Quality linen on very comfortable beds. Off street parking with remote control roller door. Hot showers. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend

We had a fantastic time in echuca for the blues festival, and this house was perfect for us. It had every thing you could possibly need and way more :)
Probably a bigger hot water service or instant hot water could be something the owners might look at in the future! Besides that couldn't fault it !
We'll be going back again.
