It was all very convenient in a great location. Basic clean well equipped and quiet. Essen cafe for breakfast was good and staff were great

Great location... central to shops, cafes, restaurants... however American hotel which is only 3 doors away had loud music till 1am which affected ability to sleep

A very short but enjoyable stay here although the weather quite inclement.
Staff were very helpful and were able to substitute upstairs accommodation for downstairs as I was unable to negotiate stairs. Very much appreciated. Room was family size, very clean with everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Parking was fine and on site.
Good options for meals as centrally located in Echuca.
Would like to have stayed longer here !

Take ear plugs.
Thought we would stay here for the Easter long weekend and was impressed with the price and central to most things. We had a queen room on the bottom floor, and inside looked old but ok for 3 nights. Was impressed with the huge tv in the room though it said some channels were locked. Plenty of tea and coffee and loved that we had biscuits too., also a nice big shower, though was quite surprised the wash basin was not in the bathroom but part of the little kitchenette area. Nice big bed and at first seemed comfy enough. Staff are friendly esp the cleaners. But the big problem is the music noise coming from The American Hotel late at night which backs onto the motel. We are reasonable and know younger people like to have fun and lucky for us the music stopped at 12 pm on Friday night. But the rooms are not soundproofed. Well Saturday night the music carried on until 3 in the morning and loud, no attempt to quiet it down a bit, we may as well just shift our bed into the music area. So we were dredding Sunday night and luckily the music stopped at 12. But what they did not inform us of was fireworks going off and some from inside the grounds of the Motel near where the cars were parked. If you don`t need sleep stay here, we will not stay here again, certainly no consideration for the guests. And to top it off a group of guys in there car who were not guests decided to park their car near the motel rooms and created noise and were screaming and swearing late at night , luckily security were called and told to move away.

Enjoyable weekend away...
Location was great central to everything.
Atmosphere . Quiet except for night time.
Rooms clean had a bug in my bed.
Value was good in booked online in advance.
Late room service so l didn't get room made up.
Amenities ok.
Above all nice stay would stay again.
