Terrifying
Terrifying. We chose to stay here as we were visiting family close by and not a lot of option in this area! Big mistake. Majority of people staying here are long term residents and it looks like a half way house. Drug deals happening in the car park, overdosed woman laying on ground, a massive brawl with screaming, shouting and cars hooning through. We left within 3 hours and had to find alternative accommodation 30 mins away. I have never felt more scared staying anywhere in my life and I’ve stayed in a ghetto area in San Francisco in my 20s. Stay away from this place. Still trying to get refund through booking.com. It’s a shame I cannot share the videos. The room was also pretty shocking and the bathroom locked us in when we closed it. Police and paramedics attended however I don’t think this is an uncommon occurrence at this “hotel”.

Most Unsatisfactory Hotel.
When I arrived at 5.00pm the door into reception was locked, somhad to bang on door to get attention as there was no bell. My allocated room was up steps with no lighting which when I arrived did not matter in daylight but was difficult when it was dark. The room had no phone to contact reception amd no guest imformation. The television did not have access to streaming chanals.
I was given a card with two contact phone numbers which were not reception.
I found my way back to reception in the dark and again the entry door was locked. I banged again and was castigated.
This was most unpleasant as I had come to Victoria to be a pall bearer ata dear friends funeral.
After dinner at a restaurant the hotel sign was not illuminated and I had trouble locating the place.
I certainly would not recommend d this place to anybody. My wife who made the booking was very disappointed.

This place is not cleaned properly. We found cockroaches. It all worn out and needs immediate renovations and upgrade. They didnt make the room for 2 consecutive days even though the sign was clearly placed at the door. Zero customer service and duty of care. This place is more like a motel and very far off from a 4 star hotel as it is classified by the portal. This is clearly misleading and deceptive. Serious concerns and complaints are being raised to address these matters as explained.

My stay was fine. I picked the room as I needed a table to work on. The room description and pics advised I'd get that. I didnt. The Do Not Disturb sign on the door was ignored to drop off towels. I was trying to take a nap at the time, so having someone knock three times to get my attention was frustrating. Property has good parking and is spread out enough to not hear too much noise from other guests. Reception was always in attendance when I went in, and I was able to add another night's stay easily.
