The best place to stay at Falls Creek

Frueauf Village is perfectly located in the heart of Falls Creek, with easy ski-in ski-out. If you want the best experience stay in the Central Penthouse - sleeps 6 across two bedrooms, two bathrooms, full kitchen, meals area, lounge room (with full AV and gaming entertainment) and drying room/laundry. Has its own rooftop area with a spa, with spectacular 180-degree views of the mountains and down the Kiewa Valley.

Spacious and comfortable stay, with some room for improvement

We stayed in Panorama and, compared with other accommodation we have stayed at in Falls Creek, we found it to be very spacious, bright and comfortable, with lovely views. We really enjoyed the space and overall feel of the accommodation.
However, we felt that the cleanliness and general maintenance could be improved. While the bed linen and towels were clean and well prepared, some other areas did not appear to have been cleaned as thoroughly. There was noticeable dust on the floors, tables, sofa, carpeted areas and bedheads, and the cleanliness of the bathrooms was also below what we would normally expect. Overall, I would rate the cleanliness around 7/10.
There were also a couple of maintenance issues during our stay. One of the bathroom sinks was leaking quite badly underneath, and the vacuum cleaner provided was not working.
These issues did not ruin our stay, as the accommodation itself is very spacious, comfortable and in a lovely setting. However, I think more attention to overall cleaning, rather than mainly changing bed linen and towels, as well as checking that appliances and bathroom fittings are in good working order, would make a significant difference.
With some improvement in these areas, Panorama could be an excellent place to stay, and we would be happy to consider staying here again.

Great place to stay

Stayed for 4 nights with a family and it was a great place to stay as it had a kitchen with everything you need. They give you eggs,bacon,juice, packets of cereals and jams which we found were a great add. The only things that I would say could be improved was the bed as it was two single beds joined together making it uncomfortable and the bathroom needs an upgrade given significant water damage and pooling however water pressure was good. Other than that it was a great place to stay and had great underfloor heating.

West Studio

The location is good and has a very good cafe downstairs and restaurants nearby. Ski in and ski out when we have a good snow season. It has a very nice tea selection and coffee station in kitchen area. The studio we stayed has not been carefully cleaned and maintained, especially the kitchen utensils and drawers should be cleaned better. Only floor heat available in the room. Also there is no dryer only an heated fan to dry your washed clothes.

Awesome Stay At Frueauf Village

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! Warm welcome from management, spa pool always hot! Underfloor heating. Good comfortable beds.
Ory's restaurant is great too for eating or a relaxing drink
