Very nice

The room was very clean and smelled so nice. . The lady was super friendly and helpful. Parking is sufficient and outside our room. Only 2-1 m access to parking area though Nice walk to various dinner options. Would definitely stay there again

Fraudulent.

Fraudulent.
We contacted this motel but were checked into the Ben Hall Motel across the road. Apparently both are run by the same people. Very different standards of accomodation.

Had to wait for a long time for checking in before someone finally turned up. Air conditioning is very noisy, pillows were not comfortable. The place is old and needs an upgrade.

Unsatisfactory servicing and cleaning of rooms

Third time we’ve stayed here quite a few over last 12 months, often for 3-4 days at a time. Disappointed that at no time has the room been serviced or cleaned during any of our stays. Appreciate that cleaners may cost extra over a wend or a public holiday, yet during a 5-7 day stay it is expected to have the room cleaned; that’s how it’s advertised, that’s what we’re paying for. Not good enough.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very spacious with everything you need re coffee, tea, soap etc. Nice big bath towels. The motel is within easy walking distance to clubs, pubs and shops. The pool was nice & clean but I could have done with a railing to help me into the pool.
