Construction Noise and Unusable Bathroom
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was extremely disappointing and ended with me checking out 3 days early.
The apartment had serious maintenance issues, including a bathroom sink that stopped draining and made the bathroom unsafe and effectively unusable. On top of that, there was constant construction noise nearby that was never disclosed before booking. What was supposed to be a relaxing stay turned into a very frustrating experience.
The most disappointing part was how the situation was handled. Despite reporting the issues, there was no timely or adequate resolution, leaving me with little choice but to leave early.

Our room only had air con in lounge and was very noisy. Bedspread had huge burn hole insufficient blankets no pool towels and very basic kitchen

HS Bulbs, Torn Curtains, Garden Chair Off Service, Missing Screws on Dining Chairs, Furniture Drawers Room Off Service. Welcoming at the reception as well as SPA and swimming pool.

DON'T STAY HERE. FALSE ADVERTISING AND BARELY FUNCTIONAL APARTMENT.
Don't stay here. False advertising. I paid extra for a Signature Apartment which was advertised as a modern apartment and looked amazing. What I got was an outdated, filthy rundown and barely functional apartment. I was told there was only one Aircon in the lounge (no drama about that) and the bedroom had a ceiling fan. The ceiling fan didn't work and staff told me multiple times a electrician would come to fix it, no one came. The TV fell flat on the first day, after inspecting I saw the TV stand was sticky taped. The bathroom door knob was broken and we weren't able to even close the door unless we wanted to stayed locked in. The table chair arm fell off. The washing machine had a disgusting smell. The apartment was filthy and looked like it had never had a proper clean. Honestly don't stay here. Staff weren't helpful and I spent more time trying to get assistance from staff but was neglected the whole time.

Most things were in good condition, but there were some maintenance issues - curtain in main room had broken 'slides' allowing it to droop untidily in one place; bedroom door onto the balcony with defective latch and very difficult to lock. The lounges are close to needing replacement (too soft for me!!). Most importantly, the remote for the main room's light/fan was missing. Had neither light nor fan there. Would have thought the presence of remotes would be checked after each stay, but evidently not. Disappointing, but otherwise the room and its ocean view were excellent.
