I stayed 6 nights in the apartment in Aruba Beach Resort. The location was excellent for me with 3 minutes walk to the Convention Centre, many restaurants across the street and 4-5 min walk to the park/beach. Apartment has everything you need for the stay and could easily accommodate a family with 1 kid. Bathroom was a bit dated. Pool was big enough for laps and heated. Spa was also nice. It was quiet except the mornings of rubbish collection, which happened twice in 6 nights. Instructions to check-in were detailed, the only confusion was that entrance to this set of apartments was after crossing the pool area. I appreciated very much the late check-out permission, as there is no option to leave bags anywhere after you checked-out. The communications by phone during the stay with managers was good.

The staff and room were great.
The only issue was the person in apartment 35B was smoking so much weed that it was filling up the whole stairwell and into our apartment. We had to put towels under the door to try and help stop it. The Body Corporate needs to address this issue especially with families staying there with young children.

The room was in very poor condition. The couch bed wasn’t made up. Only 1 toilet paper roll was left. Terrible for the price.

It was great that we could check in online and get the access code for the keys. Unfortunately of the two sets of keys only one key worked to get in the gate and main door and even then it was not easy to use.
The apartment was overall good. Had everything we needed. Some of the furniture was a little tired and needs a bit of care and attention. We also found a previous tenants dirty washing on the top shelf in the wardrobe.

Apart from an empty bottle of wine lying in the cupboard, a really dirty sock shoved in the side of the lounge, and food under the lounge, it was clean.
Overall it was very nice place to stay
