Great room, very clean and well appointed. Only challenge, I couldn’t get channel 7 and a few other channels on free to air to work no reception.

Reception staff were fantastic. I even received a bottle of wine when they found out it was my birthday. Location was great, walking distance to everything. Parking was additional. We were on the 5th floor and had a large balcony. Room was well appointed. Did show some wear and tear, but overall was large, with 2 queen size beds which were very comfortable. Every morning we had a buffet breakfast (level 2) which was very tasty. Would recommend this hotel.

Nick -Assistant Manager front desk offered repeated outstanding customer service. All staff working with him were also happy and very helpful and service minded.

Not a bad location and good price but room smelled of cigarettes and had a damp, mould-like smell. Furniture was quite worn too. The whole hotel just needs some serious TLC. The balcony railings also felt super low and dangerous for the floor we were on which was terrifying with our toddler. Definitely a safety hazard! I wouldn’t recommend staying here for a long stay but for a one-night stay it would be ok.
