Good location at Broadbeach
Four night family stay in a 3 bedroom apartment. Spacious living area and good space in the bedroom. Full equiped kitchen, plus washing machine & dryer. Downfalls are the street traffic noise in the wee small hours. We were on the 15th floor. Outdoor pool doesn’t get the sun on it for long during the day. Unless you book with the hotel, getting parking space is very unlikely. Free parking space on the road is pot luck.

For the purposes of location to shopping, transport, and restaurants the Mantra Sierra was located conveniently.
From the perspective of value for money, very poor. No daily service, charges for extra towels, wash your own, retrieve toilet paper from reception due to no regular bed making and other housekeeping duties that someone expects at $4300 for accommodation.
The apartment itself was tidy and clean but required updating with fresh paint and decor, plus the ensuite needed a full make over.
The only real other positive was the fact our accommodation was 25 floors up. Lovely views day and night from the balcony.
Would I recommend this place. Not at the price I paid.

Beware of 3 bedroom apartment
Stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment with two work colleagues to attend a conference. The location is great.
Apartment was nothing like the photos on the various websites. We were expecting ocean views - they were highly obstructed and the tiny room I got had no window AT ALL. Just two uncomfortable single beds, a bedside table with a dirty tissue left in the broken drawer, and a wardrobe - not even a mirror. Poor ventilation in the room at night but couldn’t leave the door open.
We were only able to get two keys for the apartment which was a major issue for us - management really need to address this if websites are going to suggest that this is a suitable apartment for work colleagues travelling together. The kind lady on the desk tried hard to get us a third but at then end of the day said that management said it was a safety issue and only two keys could be allocated?!?!?!! Management need to do better.
Insufficient supplies meant that we ran out of toilet paper pretty early in the stay.
Main bedroom looked ok with a big window and a huge ensuite bathroom.The other two bedrooms shared a tiny bathroom with one sink - again, not great for work colleagues travelling together.
Might work ok for a family travelling together if you can manage the huge disparity in the bedrooms, but wasn’t right for us.

Great reception and staff, lower fourth floor so extremely noisey, no sound proofing for outside traffic and rubbish pick up. Try and ask for higher floors. Close to everything which was a bonus.

The noisiest place I’ve ever tried to sleep
The traffic noise was extreme. The curtains did very little to keep out the street lights during the night or sun in the morning.
