This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of AUD 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note: All credit cards (e.g. on Mastercard, Visa and AMEX) are applicable for 2.5% surcharge. All guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that the apartments are only serviced once a week. Please note that Neptune Resort requires an AUD 200 credit card pre-authorisation for the 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and an AUD 500 credit card pre-authorisation for the penthouse upon check in. Cash is not an acceptable form of payment at this hotel, and you are kindly requested to present a valid credit card upon arrival.
