Excellent 5 star service apartment

Excellent family accomodation. Kitchen and washing facilities at our convenience with free parking. Loved the body n hair products available to use. Comfortable beds n spacious living room. Worth every penny. Excellent customer service.

Disappointing considering the price!

The security service refused to open the door when we arrived at 9pm because we did not speak English. We had to wait for a customer to arrive to access the key box. Dirty apartment, dirty bathroom and kitchen. After reporting the problem the next day, the housekeeping was redone but not terrible. Very noisy because insufficient insulation of the windows.

Loved the room and the view. However, the very loud noises ( ie music and children screaming from Paradise Resort next door as well as construction noise) could be easily heard on level 16!! Also the Chromecast on the tv didn’t work.

Ruby Gold - Fantastic if You Don't need Descent Wifi

great apartments to lease. Nicely appointed, clean with great views and central to the beach and town. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Our only beef was a poor selection of wine glasses, no toaster for brekky and horrendously bad wifi. Would I recommend the Ruby Gold - absolutely. We will stay again as long as the Wifi has been fixed. I can burn the toast in the fry pan.
